The pedalboard patchbox is the ideal pedal for cleaning up your pedalboard. It allows you to have all cables from your board in the same location allowing neater chord runs on stage.
The patchbox allows the guitarist to leave their pedal chain permanently connected. The guitar plugs into the in jack and the out jack remains connected to the first pedal in the chain making setup and takedown a breeze.
Isolated box however is recommended if you are going to run anything like a amp channel switch into one of the patches as that has power running down the line sometimes that can cause noise in your system. It is also recommend them is you are running out to 2 or more separate amps as a non-isolated box can cause ground loop issues.
It allows you to save the life of the jacks on your pedals by not plugging in cables everytime you play.
This patchbox includes an insert patch point the always allows the signal to pass through the middle bottom jacks when nothing is plugged into the top yellow jacks. However when the top jacks are plugged in, then the signal diverts to those jacks so you can insert a amp send/return, volume pedal, effect pedal or even isolate an output to your signal chain with ease.
